Penturion Club Lunch - Honouring 50 Years+ since graduation.
In March we welcomed our Penturion Club members back to Peninsula Grammar, including those who left the school 50 years ago or more (the Class of 1975 and prior), as well as past staff. It was a fun occasion and particularly special to witness members reconnecting with old friends and mentors over shared memories!
We were privileged to hear from Rob Hulls (Class of 1975), who reflected on how his time at Peninsula shaped his career. Rob went on to become Attorney-General of Victoria (1999–2010), known for championing justice reforms and establishing the state’s first Drug Court and Koori Court. He credited Peninsula Grammar for equipping him with the bravery and conviction that defined his career.
A huge thank you to Doug Thring, our Penturion Club ambassador for helping find treasured memories in the Archives to share with our attendees and to all who attended, it was a wonderful celebration of our school’s enduring legacy!
Golf Day
It was another successful day at Peninsula Kingswood Country Golf Club and OPGA were a proud sponsor of this community event. Representing the association in our OPGA team was Martin Sayers 1987 and Peter Batchelor1986, as well as John Knights and Tom Feehely.
